  	A Schenectady truck driver, James Mabee, 25, of 1859 Becker St., was killed early yesterday morning when the stake rack truck he was driving ran off the Thruway three miles west of Westmoreland and burst into flames. State police said Mabee, a driver for McCormick's Highway. Transportation Inc., 151 Erie Blvd., was headed west when his vehicle left the Thruway on a left curve, plunged off the right shoulder of the highway and crashed down an embankment into several trees where it caught fire. Mabee's burned body was removed from the wreckage about two hours after the accident Funeral arrangements are being made by the victim's uncle directors of the Mabee Funeral Home; A native of Schenectady, Mabee graduated from Scotia-Glenville High. School and served several years in the Air Force. He had been employed by the trucking firm for about four years. His survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maycashion Mabee, and a one-year-old daughter, Cimmie Lee. Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Mabee; two brothers. John Mabee of Syracuse and Gary Mabee. stationed with the army in Fort Riley, Kan.; and two sisters Mrs. Susan Smith of Sacramento, Calif., and Miss Sally Jean. Mabee of Scotia.
