- Simon Mabee, of Greenwich, formerly of Rotterdam Junction, and a son of the late John Mabee ot Rotterdam, was found Wednesday drowned under the Hudson Valley Railway company's bridge, which crosses the Hudson river at Thomson, Washington county. It is thought that while crossing the bridge he fell from it into the water. He is survived by a wife and one son.

- Mrs. Addie Elizabeth Mabee. wife of Simon S. Mabee who died in 1902, died yesterday at her home on Washington street after a long illness. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Garret's funeral home. The Rev. C. R. Edington, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate and burial will be in the family lot in the Greenwich cemetery.
Mrs. Mabee was born in Salem sixty-nine years ago, but had been a respected resident of this village for the past fifty years. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lester H. Knapp of Buffalo, who has been staying with Mrs. Mabee for a time, and Mrs. Catherine McCiintock of Arlington, Vt. An only son, Earl S. Mabee, a veteran of the World war, died in 1922.
