  	George Lee Adams, 79, of 94 Wesleyan Ave., was pronounced dead on arrival at Amsterdam Memorial Hospital at 7 p.m. yesterday. Mr. Adams was born in Fultonville July 11, 1893, the son of William and Elizabeth Peddley Adams, and had lived in Amsterdam since 1900. He was a member of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, Welcome Lodge 829, F&AM, and the Royal Arch Masons. Prior to retiring he had been employed at the General Electric Co. in Schenectady. He is survived by his wife, the former Chloe Mabee whom he married in 1933; a sister, Mrs. Andrew Schauffler of Hamden Conn.; one niece and one cousin
