Mrs. Charles Reeland 6/1/92. 'Floyd (Charles' father) thought the world of your (Bill) father.' CLASS OF 1915 - YALE COLLEGE WILLIAM COAST CONKLING died in Buffalo, N.Y., on July 5, 1937. For a short time after graduation Conkling was connected with the Tide Water Oil Company at Bayonne, N.J., and from 1916 to 1918 was located in Tulsa, Okla., with Cosden & Company. In April, I918, he enlisted in the Division of Military Aeronautics and was subsequently stationed at Langley Field. His discharge from service was received on December 15, 1918, and he was later again engaged in oil production work for a time. Since 1924 he had been in the general insurance business in Olean, N.Y.. He was a brother of Robert A. Conkling, Jr., ex-'19 S., whose address is ll5 North Union Street, Olean, N.Y. For the Class, ALBERT H. ELY, JR., Secretary Barn on Haskill and Windfall Roads burned on July 29, 1936.

The will, proved July 26. gives one third of the estate, estimated at upwards of $5000 each of real and personal property to the wife Doris Maybee and the residue to the son William C. born April 1. 1932. Mrs. Conkling and Robert A. Conkling, Jr., brother of decedent are executors.
