  	Mrs. Sadie M. Walton Marx, descendent of Jan Mabee, who settled in Schenectady in 1670, died Saturday at her home, 1726 Highland avenue, Troy, after several months' illness. Widow of John M. Marx, Mrs. Marx was born in Glenville and until 1942 lived in the Schenectady area. She was the daughter of John Walton and Ellen Jane Mabee Walton, who was born in the historic Mabee house. Mrs. Marx was a graduate of Union Classical institute in 1890. She is survived by one daughter, Helen J. Marx, Troy. Rev. H. Victor Frelick of State Street Presbyterian church will officiate at funeral services at 2 o'clock tomorrow in the Jewell and Ellis mortuary. Burial will be in the family plot in Vale cemetery
