- Funeral services for Mrs Ruth V. Clinton, 59, of 86-05 Justice avenue, Elmhurst, will be held at 8 P. M. tomorrow at the Skelton Funeral Home at 86-08 Broadway. Interment will be Monday in Nassau Knolls Memorial Park at Port Washington.
Mrs. Clinton died Thursday at her home after a two-year illness with a heart condition.
She was born in Montclair, N. J., and lived in Sunnyside several years before coming to Elmhurst in 1948.
Since 1951 Mrs. Clinton served as vice-president of an oil company in Newtown. Before joining the oil company, she worked for 10 years as a secretary for General Motors in Manhattan.
Surviving are her husband, DeWitt; two sons, Barrie and Garry Mabie; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Ruth Trubenbach Mrs. Joan Rowland, and Miss Nancy Clinton, and six grandchildren.
