  	I, Jeremiah Mabie, of Thurston County, Washington Territory, do hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament. First. I give to my son Colby Mabie, and to Frances E. Mabie and William A Mabie, children of my son Andrew Mabie all my real estate, to be equally divided between them. Second. I desire and direct that the administrator of my estate make sale of all my personal property according to law, and after payments of my just debts, that the net proceeds of such sale to be divided equally, one half to my son Colby and to the two children of my son Andrew. Third. In the event my son Colby should not survive me, I desire that his children have the half of my estate bequeathed to him above. Witness my hand September 20th 1873. /s/Jeremiah Mabie
