- In the name of God, AMEN. I Anna Hayes of the Town of Greenville, County of Greene, and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my Last Will and Testament, that is to say:
First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise, and bequeath, in equal parts, one-half to each, to my two children, Elsie M. Hare and Arthur W. Hare, all of my property, of which I shall die seized or possessed of, both real and personal, of whatever name ofr nature, and wherever situated.
Likewise. I make, constitute and appoint, my brothers, Oscar A. Mabey and Orville Mabey, to be executors of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affix my seal, the 13th day of June, in the year of our Lord, one thousand, nine hundred and one. /s/ Anna Hayes
