- Cecelia Kwiatkowski Mabee of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Saturday, August 1, 2009 in Schervier Pavilion, Warwick. She was 82. The daughter of the late Joseph & Sophie Kwiatkowski, she was born November 23, 1926 in Florida, NY. She was the widow of John Henry Mabee.
Survivors include three sons John Joseph Mabee & wife, Elizabeth, Ronald James Mabee & wife, Ann, and Kenneth L. Mabee & wife Lynn, all of Warwick; stepdaughter, Carol Rysinger & husband, John of Florida, NY; five grandchildren: Kimberly Mann, John Mann, Allen Mabee, John V. Mabee & Michelle L. Benoit; six great-grandchildren: Don T., Nicholas, Joshua & Victoria Benoit, John Cary & Danielle Mabee; two sisters, Elizabeth Koutney & husband, William of Seminole, FL and Adele Johnson & husband, Don of Middletown; sister-in-law, Grace Kwiatkowski of Florida, NY; several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Robert Mabee; brother, Joseph Kwiatkowski, and sister, Genevieve Lord.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 4, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY; 845-651-7711.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

- Ronald James Mabee of Warwick, surrounded by family and friends, entered into rest on December 26, 2009 at St. Anthonys Hospital, Warwick after a short illness. He was 55 years old. Born on January 3, 1954 in Goshen, NY, he was the son of the late John Henry Mabee and Cecelia Kwiatkowski Mabee. He was married to Ann (Brozdowski) Mabee. Mr. Mabee was a Custodian with the Warwick Valley School District. He was a member of Goodwill Hook and Ladder Company since 1972, and was Captain from 1978-79 and was past Chief of the Warwick Fire Department from 1981-1983. He was past Fire Commissioner of the Warwick Fire District from 1985-1998 and past Captain of the Warwick Fire Police from 1985-87, and past President of Civil Service Employee Association, Local 836. A friends statement reads: If all the gold could be taken from Rons heart, no one would ever have to worry again. He was a very giving man and will be missed by many. He is survived by his wife, Ann Mabee, of Warwick; two brothers: John J. Mabee and his wife Elizabeth of Warwick and Kenneth L. Mabee and his wife Lynn of Warwick; a sister, Carole Rysinger and her husband John of Florida, NY; aunts and uncles: Adele Johnson and her husband Donald of Middletown, Betty Koutney and her husband William of Seminole, Florida, Grace Kwiatkowski of Florida, NY, and William Lord of Seminole, FL; two nieces: Michelle Benoit and Kim Terhune; three nephews: John Mann, John Vincent Mabee, and Allen Mabee; three great nieces and four great-nephews: a godson, Matthew Johnson of Concord, CA; many cousins, friends, as well as his four-legged friends, Millie and Chloe. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 30 th , from 3-5 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at St. Stephens RC Church. Private cremation. - Ann Marie Mabee, aged 61, went to be with her Lord on May 16, 2014 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ. Ann was born on October 12, 1952 in Newburgh, NY to Leon F. and Roberta Whittaker Brozdowski . She was the widow of Ronald James Mabee and was a longtime Warwick and Florida resident.
Ann was retired from John W. Sanford & Son Insurance in Warwick, NY after many years as an insurance agent. She previously had served as Secretary of the Insurance Women of Orange County. She was a past President, Vice-President, and Secretary of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Goodwill Hook and Ladder Co. of the Warwick Fire Department. She had also served as the Chaplain and Secretary of the Nicholas P. Lesando Unit 214 of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her brothers-in-law: Ken Mabee of Warwick and John Mabee and his wife, Betty of Warwick, and her sister-in-law, Carole and her husband, John Rysinger of Florida NY. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, God children, and friends. She is also survived by her four legged companions: Chloe and Mille.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Stephens Church in Warwick. Burial will be at the convenience of her family and friends at the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Florida, NY, after her remains are reunited with her true love, Ron.

- Elizabeth Mabee of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, August 14, 2014 in St. Anthony Community Hospital, Warwick, NY. She was 65. The daughter of the late Chester L. and Jeanette Mazoyer Stevens, she was born on June 11, 1949 in Warwick, NY.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, John J. Mabee of Warwick; son, John V. Mabee and wife, Sharon of Florida, NY; daughter, Michelle Benoit and husband, Don of Lafayette, LA; six grandchildren, Don Timothy, Nicholas Austin, Joshua David, Victoria Elizabeth Benoit, John Gary and Danielle Elizabeth Mabee; brother, Fred Mazoyer; sister, Margaret Powers; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Chester L. Stevens and Emile Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921. A funeral service will be held 10AM Tuesday, August 19th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Florida Cemetery.

The son of the late John H. Mabee and Cecelia Kwiatkowski Mabee, he was born on March 8, 1948, in Warwick, NY.
John was a U.S. Airforce veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. John loved his time fishing in Canada, camping, traveling, going to casinos, and eating crawfish and oysters. He will always be remembered for his good, or not-so-good jokes and witty comments. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
He is survived by his son, John V. Mabee, and wife, Sharon of Florida, NY; daughter, Michelle Benoit and husband, Don of Lafayette, LA; Five grandchildren, Don Timothy, Nicholas Austin, Joshua David, Victoria Elizabeth Benoit, and John Gary Mabee; great grandchildren Beau and Briggs Benoit; brother, Kenneth L. Mabee of Warwick; sister, Carole Rysinger and husband, John of Florida, NY; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Stevens Mabee; granddaughter, Danielle Elizabeth Mabee; and brother, Ronald Mabee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 3-7 p.m. at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 14 at the funeral home.
Cremation burial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 16 in the Florida Cemetery, Florida, NY with military honors.
