- Mrs Mary E Smith died here yesterday after an illness of three weeks. She was born in Amity November thirteenth, 1866, a daughter of Mary and Caleb Decker. Mrs Smith had lived here twenty years. Her home was fourteen Courtland street. She was married twice.
Surviving relatives are four sons Harold, Everett and Orie Mabee of Middletown, William Mabee of Newark, a daughter Mrs Russell Carpenter of Middletown, and a brother George Decker of Unionville.
Funeral services will be held Monday at two o'clock at the Burnett Funeral Home, eleven Orchard street with the Rev William T Griffiths officiating. Interment will be in Wallkill cemetery

- Orie Mabee died yeaterday [11 May 1937] at Veterans' Hospital, 130 Kingsbridge road, New York, after a long illness. He was born in the Town of Warwick, January thirty-first, a son of Benjamin F and Mary Decker Mabee. Mr Mabee had lived in Middletown twenty-four years. He was a tinsmith, and made his home at 157 North Street. He was a member of the American Disabled Veterans of Middletown.
Surviving relatives are three borthers, William of Newark NJ, Harold and Everett of Middletown, and a sister, Helen, wife of Russell H Carpenter of Middleton.
Funeral services qwill be conducted tomorrow at two o'clock at the Smith Funeral Home, twenty Grove street. The Rev William T Griffith will officiate and burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery.

- Harold Russell Mabee, who had conducted a trucking business in this area a numbat of years, died suddenly yesterday at his home in New Hampton.
Mr Mabee, a native of Amity, had spent nearly all his life in the Middletown area. He was a member of Webb Horton Memorial Presbyterian Church, Shawangunk Fish and Game Association, and the County Seat Conservation Association of Goshen.
Born November twenty-first, 1890, he was a son of Benjamin P. and Mary Elizabeth Decker Mabee. He was married in Middletown June sixteenth 1915 to the former Minnie Madaline Holmbaker.
Surviving besides his wife are a son, Harold Mabee, Jr and a grandson Harold Mabee, 3rd all at home; two brothers Everett of Middletown and William of Newark, N.J. and a sister, Mrs Russell Carpenter of New Hampton.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at Hasbrouck's Chapel here. The Rev. Alexander M. Warren will officiate. Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg

Born in Middletown Jan 5, 1926, the son of Everett and Leona Frost Mabee, he married Doris Carr in Middletown in 1949.
Mr Mabee had lived in Pearl River for the past 14 years where he worked as an x-ray technician at the Rockland State Hospital.
A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepard in Pearl River.
He was the president of the Rockland State Hospital Chapter of Civil Service Employes' Association and a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, No. 2041 of Pearl River
Surviving are his widow, two sons, Richard D. and Thomas E., both of Pearl River; his mother and father in Middletown; and a niece and nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 11 Tuesday morning at the Applebee Funeral Home, 11 Orchard St, Middletown, withthe Rev Edward R Buller officiating.
Burial will be in Wallkill Cemetery

- Funeral Services for Mrs Leona Mabee, 86, of 77 Watkins Ave, Middletown, will be at 2:30 Sunday at the North Congregational Church in Middletown. Mrs Mabee died Wednesday at Horton Memorial Hospital.
Born July 24, 1892, in Cherrytown, Ulster County, she was a daughter of Elmer and Mary Ida Frost. She was married to Everett Mabee, who survives. Mrs Mabee was a member of the North Congregational Church.
Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Weston of Middletown; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs Jurgen A Hansen of Middletown; several nieces and nephews.

- Everett S Mabee, 81, of 14 Crescent Place, Middletown, died Tuesday at the Sunset Nursing Home, Slate Hill after a long illness.
He was born in New Jersey on Nov 19, 1893, to Mr and Mrs Benjamin Mabee. He was married to the former Leona Frost who died in 1968. He was retired from the trucking business.
Mr Mabee is survived by a son, Weston of Middletown, four grandchildren, a great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 Friday in the Hasbrouck Funeral Chapel, with the Rev Francis Carlson of the United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Wallkill Cemetery.
