  	Mrs. John Duke Jr., after a short-illness, died early Sunday morning. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday afternoon by her pastor, Rev. John H. Butler, of the Methodist Episcopal church, and burial was made in Grandview cemetery. Her maiden name was Jessie Jane Maybee, and she was born September 7, 1893, at Greenville, Pa. She was married on April 11, 1911, at Bergholz, to Mr. Duke, who survives with two children, Maude M, aged 7, and Eva L, aged 3-yrs. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Maybee, reside at Harlem, and surviving brothers are George and Roy Maybee, Canton, and Lawrence Maybee, Alliance.
