  	Grace L, the young wife of Samuel C Mapes, died this morning at 7 o'clock from heart trouble. He was as well as usual until a few days ago. Tuesday morning she gave birth to a boy, and soon thereafter kidney complications developed, and she gradually failed, suffering greatly. Grace was the daughter of Carl Munson Maybee and Ida L Fullerton, and was born at Slate Hill 22 years ago last January 22. She was married, Sept 29, 1897. Clarence Maybee is a brother and Ida Isabelle Maybee a sister. Mrs Mapes was remarkably calm at the approach of death, and made her funeral arrangements, and named her baby boy Samuel

  	A quiet wedding occurred at 630 Wednesday night at he home of Carl Munson Maybee, south of this city. His daughter Miss Grace and Samuel C. a son of Marin L. Mapes of the town of Wallkill, were made one by the Rector D.J. Evans. Only the immediate friends interested were present. The bride's maids were Mrs. Pratt of Brooklyn and the grooms man was Mr Ed. J. Docker of this city. The couple will board at the home the groom's father for the present. Congratulations from a large circle of friends.
