  	Francis H McCue, 74, of 105 High Street, died Saturday at the Idylease Nursing Home, Newfoundland, after a long illness. Born in Butler, he was graduated from the New York University School of Law. He practiced law here for over 40 years before retiring 10 years ago. Mr McCue was a member of the First Baptist Church, a former vice-president of the Butler Bank, a former director of the Butler and Bloomingdale Savings and Loan Association, and a member of the New Jersey Bar Association for more than 40 years. He is survived by his wife Flora, and three sisters, Mrs Ruth M Van Dien and Miss Orpah McCue of Bloomingdale and Mrs Frederick (Beatrice) Pettet of Butler. Funeral services will be held tomorrow
