Johnson of Dunlap announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Mable Johnson of Chattanooga, to Roy Coleman Mabey of St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. The marriage will be solemnized Aug. 26. Miss Johnson is the sister of Bobby Joe Johnson of Dunlap. A graduate of Sequatchie County High School in Dunlap, she attended Tennessee Temple College and is employed in the sales department of American Lava Corp. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunlap. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Francis Mabey of Canada and Mrs. Florence Mabey of Detroit. His brothers are Reg and Francis Mabey. Following his graduation from the United Baptist Training School in Moncton, New Brunswick, he attended Bob Jones University and will graduate this summer from Tennessee Temple College. He plans further work in graduate school at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
