I Hannah Mabey of the town of Rensselaerville County of Albany and State of New York of the age of sixty-two years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that to say. I give and bequeath to my husband Gilead Mabey his heirs and assigns forever all my real and personal estate that I was possessed at the time when I the said Hannah shall cease to be his widow by marriage or decease inclusive of the estate willed to me for my necessary support shall cease to be any longer retained for my benefit or behoof but shall return back to the said Gilead Mabey his heirs and assigns forever. I do nominate and appoint Ashley Brayn as my executor in carrinf out the condition of this my last will and testiment. In witness ehereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the twelth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty one. /s/ Hannah Mabey
