  	Ruth M. Mabee, 82, passed away April 20, 2004 in Visalia. She was born on Jan. 5, 1922, in Visalia to Roy and Myrtle Cassaday and was raised and attended school here, graduating from Visalia Union High School. She was married to Howard Mabee on March 10, 1944, in Los Angeles and worked for Bank of America as a clerk. Ruth enjoyed crocheting, doing cross stitch, bird watching and being with her family. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Howard. She is survived by her sons, Richard Mabee and wife, Anita and Mike Mabee all of Visalia; granddaughter, Karen Cormier and husband, Eric of Castro Valley; grandsons, Richard Mabee and wife, Carol of Visalia and Eric Mabee of Alameda as well as two great-grandchildren. At the request of the deceased, no services are planned. Arrangements are by Hadley Funeral Chapel, Visalia.
