- George Mabee died at his home on Van Dam avenue early Saturday morning of a paralytic stroke after being confined two days. He was seventy-nine.
Born in West Milford, near Echo Lake, Mr Mabee moved here after the death of his wife, the former Candace Duree Mabee, nearly twenty-five years ago. He had lived in this vicinity all his life.
Surviving are three brothers: Daniel of Paterson; Theodore of Wortendyke, and Benjamin of Warwick NY; one sister Mrs Chauncy Sandford of Butler, and three daughters, Mrs Clara Mabee of Butler; Mrs William White of Waterviliet, NY, and Mrs Emma Roy of Morristown.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow from the Riverside funeral chapel. Burial will be at the West Milford cemetery.
Mr Mabee followed his trade as a carpenter until about ten years ago, when he retired from active work.

- Benjamin Mabee died at the Warwick Hospital on January 4th after an illness which had confined him there since Christmas day. Funeral services were held in the Lazear Funeral Parlors on Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev Seely Quackenbush. Interment was in Warwick Cemetery.
Mr Mabee was born at West Milford NJ on August 14, 1870 a son of the late Benjamin Mabee and Emeline Van Orden. He had been a carpenter and resided in or near this village for most of his adult life. His wife nee Maggie Demouth died about fifteen years ago. Surviving is one brother Theodore of Wortendyke NJ. Another brother Daniel died in New Jersey last week

- Funeral Services for Theodore Mabee, 68, of 53 Madison Avenue, Midland Park, who died Saturday, were held this afternoon from his late home in charge of the Rev Francis Richard Fenn, minister of the Reformed Church of Midland Park. Interment followed in Midland Park Cemetery.
Mabee died Saturday after being seriously ill since the first of August. He lived in Midland Park for 35 years. He spent a number of years working in the old Lawrence and Lewis Store which was located in the Wortendyke section of the Borough, at Godwin and Central Avenues. Later he went to work for the Granite Linen Company where he worked 118 years in the maintenance department. He was a member of Trinity Reformed Church and of the church Men's Club. Surviving is his widow, Mrs Hettie A Furman Mabee.
