Born in Hillburn, NY, he was a painter and decorator and resided in Paterson a number of years. His parents were the late Peter and Emma Wright Mabie. Surviving is a sister, Mrs Elizabeth Osterhoudt of Tuxedo Park, NY and three nephews.
