Little Charley was born in this township April 23, 1891. He was taken sick with measles about six weeks ago and although he seemed to recover from them has not been well since.
The funeral services, which were conducted by Rev. White of Humboldt, were held in the Salem school house June 24th, and the remains were buried in Salem cemetery.
His spirit is in heaven with the father who never saw him on earth. Mrs. Mabie has the warmest sympathy of her friends and neighbors.2
