In 1882 Mr and Mrs Mase and children removed to Stevens Point, making there home on the North Side ever since. The now deceased lady was the mother of eight children, all of whom are still living. Mase and immediately thereafter the young couple came west, locating at Oshkosh, where they remained eleven years, and for the next thirteen years the family lived on a farm in Eden, Fond du Lac county.
